Our At-Home Physical Therapy services focus on the patient’s overall ability to function, working on strength, balance, and safety with mobility. Our team of Physical Therapists work with each patient on things such as recovering from surgical procedures as well as falls or other injuries, stroke recovery, disease-related disabilities, improving range of motion and those with general conditioning needs.
